Mr. Rogers has over 39 years’ experience in defense aviation and maintenance, and program management. He is a 21-year veteran of the United States Air Force, where he held various positions working his way from aircraft technician to Fighter Squadron Sortie Generation Superintendent. Steve worked with NASA and Air Education and Training Command leading quality assurance and flight safety programs. He served in five Air Force Major Commands and deployed in support of Operations Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. He retired from the Air Force in 2001, and then worked for Northrop Grumman, Inc., Karta Technologies, and NCI Inc., supporting DoD customers in various capacities including Region Director and VP of Business Development/Operations. In 2012, he became a founding partner in Young’s Engineering Services, Inc., and in 2014 was elected President and CEO of the company. Steve’s flightline to depot maintenance, and system development to combat zone deployment experience drive his focus on serving the customer and ultimately the warfighter.
